Contact T20 Exchange Support
Whether you need a new ID, a password reset or an update on a withdrawal, our support team is available around the clock. This page explains the fastest way to reach us, what to include in your message so we can help on the first reply, and the requests we handle most often.
WhatsApp: the fastest way to reach us
WhatsApp is our main support channel and is staffed 24 hours a day, including match days, weekends and holidays. Use the green WhatsApp button on the login page or the sign-up page to start a chat, or chat with T20 Exchange support on WhatsApp directly. Save the number once you have it, so you can always reach the real T20 Exchange team.
What to include in your message
A complete first message saves a lot of back and forth. Please include:
- Your username. Never your password. We will never ask for it.
- What happened, in one or two sentences.
- A screenshot of the error, the bet or the payment confirmation.
- The transaction or bet reference number, if your question is about money or a settled bet.
Typical response times
Most chats get a first reply within a few minutes. Replies can take a little longer during the busiest moments of big matches, such as the last overs of an IPL game, when many members write at once. Deposits are usually credited within minutes of sending a screenshot. Withdrawal timing depends on your bank, and support can tell you the status at any point.
Requests we handle every day
- New IDs. Created in chat, usually within ten minutes.
- Login problems. Password resets and unlocking IDs after too many attempts. Common fixes are on the login help page.
- Deposit not showing. Send the payment screenshot and we will match it to your account.
- Withdrawal status. We can confirm when it was sent and give you the reference.
- Bet queries. If you think a bet settled wrongly, share the bet ID and we check it against the official result.
- Limits and breaks. Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion are set the same day.
Protect yourself from fake support
Scammers sometimes pretend to be T20 Exchange support on WhatsApp, Telegram or social media. Real support will never ask for your password or an OTP, never ask you to pay a “fee” to release a withdrawal, and never ask you to deposit to a personal account that was not given to you in your own chat. If something feels wrong, stop and message us from the number you saved. More security tips are in the T20 Exchange ID guide.

Yes. WhatsApp support runs 24 hours a day, every day.
Can I contact support before I have an ID?
Of course. Ask anything about the platform before you join.
How do I complain if I am not happy with an answer?
